Day-Of-Coordination Package #1

This package fits best for those who want to do all of the planning and heavy lifting leading up to the wedding or for those who have already planned it all and have decided to include a Day-Of Planner to be the day-of go-to person.

.Day-Of Coordination to include:

• Wedding Consultation

• Meetings to include: phone consult, next steps and a recap and review final meeting

• Coordinating your day-Of timeline/transitions

• Work with vendors onsite

• A Recap and Review Meeting to Finalize Details 30 days prior to wedding date

• Onsite through First Dance

I’ll be there to coordinate your timeline and ensure the flow of your day runs as smoothly as you dreamed it would. My job is to be your onsite contact person, send them all my way so you can simply enjoy your day without having to make any decisions. This day is meant for you, your partner, and your family and friends to enjoy from start to finish.

Pre-Planning, Decor Setup & Complete Day-Of Coordination to include:

• Decor and Venue planning and Decor Set-Up

• Complete Timeline Planning

• Venue walk-through meeting and/or final venue/catering meeting

• Coordination of Day-Of Timeline/Transitions

• Wedding Week Meeting to Finalize Details

•Onsite from 9:00am through First Dance or as needed per timeline.

I’ll help you start the planning process with your own wedding checklist, vendor recommendations, decor planning, tips & tricks and coordinating decor set-up and day-of transitions through the first dance.
